She possesses deep expertise in critical areas such as finance, marketing, and supply chain management, understanding the key elements necessary for the success and growth of a business. With a degree in economics and broad industry experience, Michaela has worked across various company sizes, from startups to mid-sized enterprises and large corporations. Her passion for efficiency and process optimization drives operational excellence and enhances our organization’s overall performance.
Margarita coordinates ExciteLab’s acceleration program and supports startups throughout their journey. She organizes focus weeks, manages program logistics, and creates an engaging environment for founders to connect, learn, and grow. With experience in artistic project management and creative coordination, she brings strong organizational skills and a talent for fostering collaboration within the startup community.
Elias brings analytical thinking, creativity, and practical experience to the team. While studying Business Administration at TU Dresden, he worked in Brand & Visitor Experience at the Gläserne Manufaktur (Avantgarde Group), translating technical topics into clear communication for international audiences. As a working student, Elias supports the marketing team.
Stefan has extensive experience in semiconductor technology, IP strategy, grant funding, and (C)VC financing. He worked on the research, development, and commercialization of a novel memory material for the semiconductor industry, which led to the co-founding of FMC, where he served as CEO and CTO. In this role, he built and managed strategic technology partnerships across the semiconductor value chain.
